Shipping and returns

the depot_ dispatches artworks and orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and as always our standard shipping remains free. At this time, we aren’t able to guarantee a next-day-delivery service so please select this only if you would like to increase the compensation amount covered by Royal Mail’s insurance policy. Our standard UK shipping takes 3-5 days and is sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed, with up to £50 compensation for loss or damage.

The depot_ does not ship works on weekends or bank holidays; please look out for updates on holiday shipping via our Instagram.

Next-Day orders placed before 1pm will be shipped that day, any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day. Our next-day service provides up to £500 compensation for loss or damage.

The depot_ ships worldwide, and you can order in-house, online, via telephone, or via email; we’re also available for click and collect if you’d like to pick up your order in person from the depot_ 18 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7TA. Orders are shipped chronologically, on as “as-received” basis.

With our international shipping service, delivery can vary between 7 and 21 working days, if your order has not arrived after 28 working days then please contact us. the depot_ is not responsible for international duties or taxes and all international duties and taxes in relation to your order are the responsibility of the buyer.

Any works which are too large or fragile to be shipped using our regular services may require specialist shipping - please contact us at hello@thedepot.co.uk if you have any questions.

the depot_ is not responsible for parcels damaged during shipping, and compensation for loss or damage is the responsibility, and at the discretion of the shipping provider. the depot_ will submit and oversee any claims on behalf of the customer, however, we cannot guarantee the outcome of claims.

the depot_ will accept returns or exchanges on works so long as we are notified within 7 days of receipt and the artwork or item is not damaged; refunds will be made via the payment method used to purchase.
