Framing Terms

the depot_ frames both work sold via the gallery and your own pieces; during lockdown will be operating our framing service as usual, with online framing appointments bookable here.

As all framing is bespoke, the depot_ cannot take responsibility for any frames that you are unhappy with cosmetically and will only replace frames which have not been framed as requested or are damaged.

Please ensure that when collecting framed works you inspect the framing thoroughly, as we can’t take responsibility for any damage to frames once they have left the premises.
